ADMISSION NOTICE FOR REGISTRATION FOR KG-I:ACADEMIC SESSION 2024-2025

Our Lady of Fatima Convent Junior School is an English medium School owned by the Franciscan Clarist Sisters of the Most Blessed Sacrament, an unaided Minority Christian Institution catering to the children of all communities with a specific responsibility for the education of Christians.

Age criteria: 4+ years as on 01.04.2024 (Child born between 01.04.2019 and 31.03.2020)

(As per NEP 2020 and instructions from State Education Govt. the entry age for Class I is 6+ years)

Application Forms will be available on our website www.ourladyfatimajuniorschool.org which can be filled and downloaded from 23th September 2023 to 29th September 2023

Kindly fill in the Application Form and Submit the same online after payment of the registration Fee of Rs.300/ (non-refundable)

Submission of Application Form:

The printout of duly filled Application Form with relevant documents must be submitted in the School Office between 25th September 2023 to 4th October 2023

Timing: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30a.m.

Documents to be attached:

  1. 1. Birth Certificate: a self-attested copy of the child’s Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation with the name of the child.
  2. 2. Current Address Proof: copy of Aadhar card/Parent’s Voter ID card/Passport/ Driving License/Electricity/Water bills /Telephone Bill –BSNL Land Line/ Rental agreement (School will be verifying the given residential address.)
  3. 3. Photo Identity Proof: A passport size photograph of the child with the parents
  4. 4. Proof of sibling: copy of Report card/ Fee Book of real brother or sister studying in this school.
  5. 5. Alumni: Relevant documents of the school.
  6. 6. Christians: Copy of Baptism Certificate and a Letter confirming membership from the Parish Priest / Pastor of the Church to which you belong.
  7. 7. ST/SC/OBC/EWS Category: Attach relevant documents.

For admission to pre-primary (K.G.I), the school will follow the criteria given below:

2 Alumni/ Sibling 05

4 Children of the Staff 05
5 Children of Defense Personnel 05
6 Christians 15

Short listed names will be displayed on school notice board as well as on the website, on Saturday, 28 October 2023.

Fee to be paid at the time of Admission approx. 50,000/- (including Fee for 3 months)

Guidelines for Filling the Application Form

Kindly fill in the Application Form online as per the instructions given below.

Pre-requisites: Ensure that you have the following before you begin to fill the form.

    • 1. Photograph of the child
    • 2. Valid E-mail ID of the parent
    • 3. Information given in Child’s Date of Birth Certificate, Aadhar Card (Name of child, Date of birth & Parents’ name) should be same.

• All required fields are to be completed and those which are not required should be filled with N/A.

• The printout of the filled Application Form should be taken on A4-size papers only.

Please Note:

• The Name and the Date of Birth of your ward written in the Application Form will remain unchanged in all her / his school records.

• No Application Form will be available before or after the stipulated date & time.

• The Management of the School reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection admission or rejection of any particular candidate. The selection procedure is designed by the Selection Committee of the school and the selection of the candidate is done by the Selection Committee.

• No telephone call will be entertained by the school regarding the procedure of selection/admission.

• School does not have any conveyance facility for students.

• Issue of Registration forms does not imply admission.
